Bakery also offers a variety of baked goods for sale, but we love our little slice of the artisan alchemy that is baking. Our favourite thing to bake is chocolate brownie, made with the finest ingredients and served with our own special chocolate sauce. We like to keep things simple, and that’s exactly what we do at the Bake Shop. With a range of everything from cakes, breads, pastries and cookies, we’re happy to cater for all occasions. Our menu is always changing, so if you’re looking for something special, we’re happy to help. Our bakery is open from 11am to 11pm Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm on Sunday. In summer we open at 8am. We are open from 10am to 5pm and from 11am to 5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Our food is all baked by us, the best people we know. We are passionate about the food we make and it is our dream to share that with the world. We bake it, we serve it, we love it and we want to see it become a part of everyone’s family.

You can buy our breads directly from the kitchen, or you can enjoy them in our beautiful tasting room overlooking the Sydney CBD.

The restaurant is a lovely dining space with classic and contemporary interiors. Our bakery is the first of its kind to bake in-house since the late 1990s. We have been busy baking for over a decade, churning out our wonderful range of delights in a few short years. We are proud to be friends with the UK’s best foodie scene, and to have worked with the likes of The Guardian, The Times, The Sunday Times, The Daily Mail, The Independent, The Telegraph, The Sunday Times, Good Food magazine, Food Less and more. Our bread is a favourite, and the only thing we know how to make. We love it. Our bakery is a hub of community, where people bring food and ideas from the surrounding area and in turn, we feed a community of hungry souls. Our bakery is an easy to reach and a fast journey from the centre of town, with excellent service and daily breads and fresh baked breads baked very close to the shop.

We now have a dedicated ‘Bake & Bake’ front window to help our customers – but we always loved our bakery, and have dedicated this store space to be the official bakery of the local community. We cater for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks and personal celebrations. Our bakery is a communal space where people of all ages cook together, share their experience with us and have a sense of belonging. We bake artisanal breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, teas and more, and are happy to have our recipes adapted by experienced chefs. We are passionate about creating delicious, unique and authentic English baked goods, and believe that no one needs a specialist baking service to enjoy a delightful holiday. Our bakery is a small community bakery run by a family of three friends who all make a point to bake each and every day at the same time, which is why every day it’s different.
